It's that time of the year again for our resident families to complete our Bickford Annual Happiness Survey! One representative from each resident will be sent the survey early in September through email. Please keep a close eye on your email inbox for this survey early in September. We ask that you fill these out and reurn as instructed through the email you will be receiving. Your feedback is deeply needed and appreciated. Our goal is to "exceed expectations." Once you submit the survey, the results of the survey are then utilized to establish our 2023 goals for Bickford to keep us on the path of exceeding expectations.
