-Get ready to sail! We will be Cruising the Open Seas on April 14th!
-Our next Dementia Family Support Group will be meeting on Thursday, April 14th, at 6pm, at the West Des Moines Library in the Millie Knee Community Classroom. -Saturday, April 16th we are inviting our Bickford Families for an Easter Egg Hunt! The Hunt will be located in our courtyard. MASKS ARE REQUIRED OF ALL PARTICIPANTS! Bring the kids, gather eggs, and get a picture with the Easter Bunny! Easter Egg Hunt begins at 10:30a.
-We will be celebrating our volunteers with a Volunteer Appreciation Lunch on April 23rd at noon. If you are one of our amazing volunteers, come on out, have some lunch on us, and feel some love! We truly do appreciate all that you do!

Lourita is the ULTIMATE Bickford Family Member. During Resident and Food Councils, when asked aobut a BFM that always goes above and beyond for residents, our residents ALWAYS say "Lourita"! Lourita has been with us since, August of 2021 and has earned her CNA and CMA since she started working with us. If that doesn't say enough about her work ethic, she is always willing to help out in other departments, engage with residents in activities, and truly doing "Whatever It Takes" for her residents and co-workers. She is truly an asset to our team and to our family. Thank you Lourita, for all that you do!
